(Anonymous) 2012-01-23 04:24 pm (UTC)(link)You don't write things out in details but instead, you leave it up to the reader's imagination. It's very interesting as it totally gives us a broader perspective to look from. If everything's a given, it's like, "I didn't like this THAT much cause xxx happened." But in your stories, you don't write out what happens :X Though this can be frustrating (cause I want to know what the author thinks sometimes!) >.< But then again, you probably wanted us to think (or something?) XD
I'm trying to find a 'bad' story you've written but there's nothing really! ^_^ I love reading your stories and it helps improve my English by A LOT! You're a great writer and I hope you keep on writing! ^_^
/is this getting too long? :x

As for the thing about writing out in details... possibly could you give me an example of this? I think I know what you mean, but I'm just wondering about more specific examples and what not.
And I'd like to thank you for reading. ♥ :333 It makes me happy, knowing people are enjoying what I write!

(Anonymous) 2012-01-23 08:58 pm (UTC)(link)The only thing that does strike me as needing improvement is working on the flow and cadence of your words. It's probably arguable that it's just a stylistic issue, and obviously there are people who love your style; I bring it up because sometimes feel like I have to do a bit of work, mentally, to keep up with your writing. Especially during exposition and transition scenes, your sentences tend to sound a bit awkward/unbalanced, so that it's harder to get into the flow of reading.
(Though, I've come to the conclusion that a lot of what I have to say in regards to your writing stems from the fact that you're more into storytelling, whereas I like to wordsmith, if that makes any sense? XD)

I must say this is the absolute hardest thing to overcome as of yet. It's something I try and keep in mind, but it's just not something I have a knack for. But to be sure, it's something I'll continue to work on because I can has mastery of storytelling AND wordsmithing, yo. n_nV #obnoxious
But thanks. ♥ Knowing that you're forever pointing out the flaws really does help me improve, you know? :D

(Anonymous) 2012-01-30 09:33 am (UTC)(link)I browsed through some of the tags of my favorite boys in your journal and found many fics that I've read and liked~ Sadly, you don't seem to write a lot about my favorites, but at least those rare fics are awesome and I enjoy reading them. ♥

Anyway!
Thank you. ♥ I'm really glad that you like the Striketeam as it's something that just sort of ran away with itself and became... what it is now. Haha, I had fun and I'm really glad that it's gotten such positive response. 8D (I have actually begun to admit that I like it too, oh my 8X)
Ahhh, just curious (if you happen to come back and see this) but which favorites? I know I totally end up writing my comfort boys/pairs a lot (KitaFuji/Fujigaya, Takabu/Takaki) but it's always good to branch out and perfect, y/y?
